Those participating will gain experience, qualifications, ability and confidence to join the job market. Not to mention the protection of secure tenancy. The scheme could be used to benefit other social issues such as ex-service personnel and rehabilitation of ex-offenders. Also, the plan could be tailored to assist umemployed youngsters.

Whilst initially the project will require seed funding, we are confident that the enduring venture will be self-funding.
