Moving onwards from our plans for the homeless, we intend to utilise our now experienced and dedicated workforce to tackle another long standing and increasing problem in our society. That is the growing number of elderly needing support. Here, we will identify disused or run down commercial or large residential properties suitable for conversion to elderly community centres, Residential and Nursing Homes These will be designed to provide the following:-

1. A Day Centre with communal area where they can meet, relax and enjoy social activities all designed to stimulate body and mind

2. On site Nurse. To provide essential care, consultation and counselling. This will relieve G.P.s surgeries.

3. Visiting Cosmeticians. e.g. Hairdressers, nail technicians and chiropodists. Cosmeticians will be encouraged to train unemployed people giving them the opportunity to gain qualifications and permanent employment.

4. On Site Internet Cafe. Providing training on computer skills and internet access.

5. Halfway House. Single on-suite rooms providing care for those leaving hospital but need support until they can either return home or find long term care home places. This will free beds in hospitals.

6. Transport. To assist attendance and provide organised trips as well as shopping and other chores.

Furthermore, we will also establish Residential and Nursing Homes providing long term facilities.

All the above will be supervised by qualified personnel and are designed to give dignity and comfort during the elderly's latter days.
